LOCATION MANAGERS
In charge of working grain scales, grain merchandising working closely with General Manager. In charge of employees at location with daily activities including sales, services, employee safety, state and federal compliance. Interviews with General Manager.
AGRONOMIST
Plan and initiate strategies for agronomic activities / policies. Decide product line, inventories, pricing and tracking of products offered for sale, fertilizer, seed and herbicide. Execute strategies and promote sales on products offered. Consultation with growers on services and products offered.
GRAIN SECRETARY
Bookkeeping duties involving grain transactions with grain buying, selling and transporting. Computer knowledge.
TRUCK / TRAIN LOADER
Understanding all aspects of dumping customer trucks in proper bins and
loading rail cars / trucks with proper weights and grades.
GRAIN GRADING MANAGER
Working grain scales and grading customer grain determining discounts and premiums.
DRIVEWAY ATTENDANTS
Understanding grain elevator dumping procedures and assisting customer truck unloading. Performing minor plant repair, assist in agronomy busy season, truck driving, planting season seed movement. Elevator sanitation.
YARD MAINTENANCE
Keep grounds clean of grain debris, weed control and general cleaning, assisting in maintenance.
